It is easy to recover your password and/or user id yourself.  Go to www.wadepage.org, TRY to LOG IN.   Even if you don't have a clue of your user name or password, JUST PUT SOMETHING IN.  When if fails, something will pop up to ask you if you have forgotten your password.  Click on this It will bring you to a screen where you can enter either your user name or email address.  You will then get sent a temporary log in and will direct you to enter a new password.
