ANNUAL WADE AWARDS
Every year, WADE honors two of it's members at the WADE Annual Conference by presenting two awards. The Nominating Committee is now accepting applications for the Distinguished Service Award and Diabetes Educator of the Year for 2008.
The Distinguished Service Award: Recognizes an individual for their leadership and contribution to WADE. The recipient of this award receives $250.
Diabetes Educator of the Year Award: Honors an educator who has been an inspiration to patients and colleagues through their commitment, innovation and effectiveness in their role as educator. The recipient of this award receives $500.
